We talk about what to do if you find kittens around your home. Rule #1: Their mom is probably close by. Never take kittens from their home until you know for sure they are abandoned.
Autumn Connolly joins us to talk about the book, “How to Eat” by Thich Nhat Hanh in honor of Earth Day. It’s part of his Mindfulness Essentials Series of nine books.
