In the past seven years, Flores brought the health freedom fight to the highest levels of power by suing the Center for Disease Control, Developmental Disabilities Council, Food and Drug Administration, National Institute of Health, Health Resources and Services Administration, a U.S. federal agency under the Department of Health and Human Services that works to improve health care access for people who are uninsured, isolated, or medically vulnerable. Starting in the 1980s, Flores was a leader in the natural products business.
