Brian Belefant started his career as an advertising copywriter, writing hundreds of commercials for major brands, from Nissan to Pepsi. His short stories appear in American Writers Review, Magpie Messenger, Story Unlikely, Libretto, and Half and One. He has written two novels and a how-to book, Spouse Hunting: Using the Rules of Real Estate to Find the Love of Your Life (spoiler alert: it works!). He is also an award-winning fine art photographer, a father, and the best friend of a goofball dog who loves everybody except Santa Claus.
